What thousands of conversations with traders taught me.
Before trading independently, TRDR-X founder Stefan Willms spent 12 years in executive search in London and New York, recruiting traders for major financial institutions.
Over that time, he interviewed and worked with thousands of traders across different markets, strategies and stages of their careers.
The same patterns kept showing up—what worked, what didn’t, and what separated the consistently profitable from the rest.
TRDR-X is the distillation of those lessons—applied every day in the market with real money on the line.
